**PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING A GROOMING APPOINTMENT**

  •  House of Paws requires a $25 deposit for new clients when scheduling an appointment. Deposits will be taken after clients complete this intake survey and complete our Policies and Procedures form.

  • We realize that life is unpredictable and things come up in people's day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, House of Paws cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations. Groomers work one-on-one so they can provide the best individual care and grooming for your pet. Any cancellations in their schedule and they do not make their commission. Any appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, will be a $25 charge for each dog.

  • Any no show/same day cancelation will incur of 50% of your dog(s) scheduled grooming appointment for the day.

  • Please drop off at your scheduled appointment time. House of Paws has the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 min late, in which you will be charged a same day cancellation fee.

  • House of Paws will notify clients the time that is needed for pick up. Due to limited space and working one-on-one, we will give an additional 10 minutes for pick up. Otherwise, clients will be charged $1/per minute after the 10 minute grace period.

  • All dogs must have proof of current rabies vaccination in order to be groomed. If your pet is unable to receive the vaccination due to health issues or age, we will need a written letter from your vet. A Rabies tag is NOT an acceptable form of proof.

  • Rabies and vaccination records must be uploaded to the customer portal prior to requesting your pup’s appointment. You can access the portal by logging in or creating an account below. (Please text or email us when vaccinations have been uploaded or sent. A staff member will review records and contact the main number on file.)
